Hey there! I’m Laura Lima, and I guess you could think of me as the leading lady of Go To Health. I’m here to help you reach your optimal health goals while keeping it simple, realistic, and dare I say it, fun! I am all about providing nutrition advice for the real world, because let’s face it, that’s where we live.

If you believe that a healthy lifestyle includes the occasional cookie and glass of wine, then you’re in the right place.

If you’re looking for a nutritionist who will provide simple, cut-to-the-chase advice that might be different than what you’d expect, then I’m your girl.

And most importantly, if you’re a busy woman that thinks, “Just tell me what to eat and do to be healthy, and how the heck to incorporate it all into my busy lifestyle!”, then I am SO glad that we’ve met. (Note to the guys: although I work mostly with women, you are so totally welcome here, too!)
