Per class: $12
10 class punch card: $100 + HST
20 class punch card: $180 + HST
The punch card never expires; you simply bring it with you to each class and I will punch a hole in it each time.

“I love Zumba so much!! I have tried at least 3 different Zumba classes at different locations and I think Laura is the best instructor by far. Being a mother of 4 is a lot of work and since I have started joining Laura’s class I am much more patient with my children and believe it or not more energetic. Zumba with Laura is such a good workout. Each class is different. Laura is great because she changes the routine so we always have new challenges and are never bored. Laura mixes up the dances with all sorts of music from the Latin type to modern music. Laura is amazing at what she does which motivates all of us to try very hard. If there is a time we are having trouble with any sort of moves Laura takes the time to help us out as much as needed. Laura is very friendly and makes the class so much fun.

“I started Zumba roughly a year ago. Never heard of Zumba until my one girlfriend mentioned about taking it during the day as she is a stay home mom. I was curious to find out more about it after listening to her describe a class. It peaked my interest as I love to dance and hate to exercise. I never made time to exercise. I looked online and found Laura’s class – that was close to home and a time that I thought fit my schedule. I went to a Tuesday evening class at the start but found that she had a Saturday morning class that was early enough but not too early and that did not interfere with my family life. Now I go every Saturday. I feel great after I leave every Saturday, feeling good about myself and feeling like I could take on anything. It is a kick starter to my day. I know that I am feeling fitter and that others have noticed as well through their compliments. Some of my family and social friends have now started to take Zumba close to home.

“My whole life I have struggled with being faithful to a workout schedule and system. I have tried gyms, home programs, boot camps and workout classes. What I noticed was I would be really into it at first but as time progressed I would find myself looking for excuses for not getting to the gym that day or a class. What I realized is I just get so bored with working out and exercising and start to not like it. I heard a lot of hype about a dance workout which was called Zumba. My only concern was I am not the world’s best dancer, but I thought I would give it a try and boy am I glad I did. You don’t have to be a dancer, just enjoy yourself no pressure. Everyone is in the same boat as you. When I tried Laura’s Zumba class all my past history with working out and exercise changed. Instead of looking for an excuse to miss a class I actually found myself disappointed if I had to miss one. The secret is that you don’t feel like you are exercising because it is so fun and upbeat. I used to always find myself looking at the clock to see what time was remaining, in Zumba I can honestly say I never do it. In fact I wish she had back to back classes because it is such a good class and a great workout. There is no looking back for me, I am a Laura Zumba class lifer.” 🙂
